Distance Contracts
The Distance Contract Act gives you as a mail order customer a right of withdrawal for 14 days (applies only to private persons). In case you want to return a product, it’s you as a customer who pay for return shipping and assure that the goods are in unchanged condition.

Age limit
No tobacco is sold to you under the age of 18. Age check is done at Tektor Cigars when registering before purchase. Age checks are also carried out at Posten / Ombudet when picking up mail.

Shipping
Tektor Cigars uses the mail to deliver your order. The freight price is SEK 49 regardless of weight and the order size. For orders with an order value of more than SEK 1200, your order will be delivered free of charge within Sweden. The shipment is traceable at posten.se. If the shipment is returned to us because it has not been picked up, the customer is charged SEK 250 plus the shipping of SEK 49.

Reservation
We reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice, however, confirmed price when booking always applies. (does not apply to the automatic booking confirmation!) We reserve the right for final sales and writing errors, price information etc.
